Any balance forward is considered delinquent and subject to disconnection.
If a balance forward is not paid by the disconnect letter due date and it is necessary to collect a bill in person, there will be a $50 collection fee.
A fee of $250 is required to reconnect any disconnected service during office hours. We will not reconnect outside of our normal business hours.
If the service is disconnected, all fees plus the total amount of the bill must be paid before service will be reconnected. The amount of the consumer deposit may be adjusted to two times the highest bill in the last twelve months at this time as well.
