Howard Greeley RPPD has installed AMI meters throughout the district and all reading of these meters is done by the office. Therefore, customers are no longer required to submit monthly meter readings to the office. These readings, which are done on the last day of the month, are used to calculate the bill. We will post new bills on the 5th of the month. You should receive your bill in the mail by the 10th of the month. Payment is due by the last day of the month. Payments received after the last day of the month are subject to a late fee of $30 per meter.
Budget Billing
Howard Greeley RPPD offers a Budget Bill Program to those customers who have established a twelve-month billing history. Based on this history, the District will calculate a levelized monthly bill for eleven months of the year and the difference will be settled in the twelfth month. Automatic Bank Draft
This program was developed to make bill paying easier for our customers. By signing up for this program, the amount of the customer’s monthly charge is deducted automatically from their bank account on the 20th of the month. This eliminates the need to write a check or worry about your payment arriving on time to avoid late fees. There is no cost for this service and allows you worry-free bill paying. Credit Card and Online Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. You may call (833) 657-7501 and give the necessary information to pay your bill or you may pay online.
Recurring Card Payments
We also offer recurring card payments. You can set your account to be automatically paid using a debit or credit card. The payment will be posted on the due date of the bill. You can also choose to receive a ebill/email notification instead of a paper bill. These options are available in SmartHub.
