Billing & Meter Readings
Bill Collection & Disconnect Fees
If it is necessary to send a disconnect letter there will be a $30 fee.
If it is necessary to collect a bill in person, there will be a $50 fee.
A fee of $250 is required to reconnect any disconnected service during office hours. We will not reconnect outside of normal business hours.
If the service is disconnected, all fees plus the total amount of the bill, up to the current meter reading must be paid before service will be reconnected. The amount of the consumer deposit may be adjusted.
